Newly promoted managers have a lot to juggle. They need a vast new set of skills, navigating changed relationships with former peers, and taking responsibility for their entire team's output—all at the same time!
And data teams face unique challenges. Not only do they have to deliver quality technical work, but they have to scope, shape, and filter inbound requests, communicating with finesse with stakeholders.

Sessions will be interactive, tailored, packed with resources, and are lead by Sasha Laundy, an executive and leadership coach with 15 years of experience and a background in running high-performing data science and analytics teams.
